Beautiful cozy tower villa with gigantic views of the turquoise sea, towering mountains rugged cliffs that invite you to hike and mountain climb. Our Villa Rosa is located on the top of the sprawling lively urbanization of Monte Pego.
Monte Pego is located 5 km from the typical Spanish village of Pego and about 12 km from the provincial town of Denia with ferry port to Ibiza and Mallorca. To the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca in Olivia, Denia and Javea it is about 8 km. In addition, a supermarket and several other stores for daily needs are about 5 km away. A large shopping center is 12 km away, the tennis court is 2 km away and there are 2 golf courses within a radius of 12 kilometers.
Our charming Villa Rosa is well equipped to spend carefree vacations due to its spacious outdoor area with garden, large pool, whirlpool, pool house, outdoor shower, outdoor barbecue, winter garden, all-round glazed viewing pavilion and table tennis and table football. If you want to be alone, you can retreat to the garden pavilion on the mountain side. On the first floor you will find the living / dining room with open kitchen, extra room for washing machine, 2 double bedrooms and a shower room with toilet. From the kitchen and living room you can directly access the terrace with 4 x 8 m pool. Via the curved staircase upstairs you reach the large tower room with double bed, private balcony, bathroom and separate toilet.
