The barn (about 140 square meters) is composed, upstairs, an open space with kitchen island, dining area and sitting area with TV; downstairs, two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a bathroom with shower. Outside there is a large covered and furnished terrace for guests to enjoy pleasant summer dinners or relax in the sun.
The dependance (about 50 square meters) consists of an entrance with a kitchenette, a large double bedroom with wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. It too has a large furnished outdoor terrace.
Finally, the large panoramic swimming pool (14x7 meters), for the exclusive use of guests, is located in a large outdoor park, among olive trees, horse chestnuts and fir trees.
