The detached 2½-room house "La Maisonette" is located about 1.5 km above Orta San Giulio and the lake in an idyllic, quiet and sunny panoramic position. Overall, the tastefully furnished house offers a living space of approx. 70 m², a 30 m² terrace with barbecue and a 250 m² private garden. From all areas you can enjoy a fantastic view of Orta, the lake and the mountains. In case you do not want to be separated from the rest of the world during your holiday, you will have free wireless Internet access. A public beach, bars and grocery stores can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot or about 3 minutes by car. Numerous walking and hiking trails invite you to explore the beautiful surroundings on foot. Many viewpoints are always surprising with changing views on the exceptionally beautiful landscape and the lake. For the gourmets among you there are numerous restaurants and agriturismi nearby, all of which offer fantastic cuisine.
