Only high tides & good vibes in this large 7 BR/5.5BA home that has one of the best private pools in Destin. Welcome to High Tide, it is located in Destin’s most prestigious gated community of Destiny East. This newly renovated home has a professionally decorated interior, a private seasonally heated pool/wading (extra fee) and patio area and use of all the Destiny East community amenities. High Tide is the perfect home for large families looking to spend a week on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. This property has new recently been updated replacing furniture to give you the best vacation experience available. The huge kitchen is a gourmet cook’s delight that even Emeril would love with granite counters, stainless appliances and a large fridge. Plenty of dining space with a large seated bar and dining area table. The living room features seating for six, and a flat screen TV with DVD player. Patio boasts a gas grill, charcoal grill and seating area that overlooks the large pool and smaller attached pool/tub (either can be heated for an additional fee). Upstairs, enjoy the outdoors and catch some rays on the large sun deck. The luxurious accommodations and attention to detail carry on throughout the sleeping areas. The Master Suite features a king bed, a flat screen TV and DVD player and a walk-in closet. The Master bath contains his-and-her-sinks, a jetted tub, and a stand-alone shower. Additional sleeping accommodations include five more king suites and a four bunk bed room with TVs and DVD players throughout. A two car garage and laundry room with full size appliances service the home. Enjoy the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast while sitting in the 2 complimentary beach chairs that will be setup for you every day of your stay. The property is perfect for large family vacations. Come create memories in this beautiful property! Use of the 4 million dollar community center Club Destiny in the development is included. Activities include a seasonally-heated large pool, hot tub, cooking pavilion, huge children’s playground, clubhouse, putting green, exercise room, basketball hoop/tennis courts, and a 25-seat enclosed movie theater where you can watch your own movies! Beach'n Destin is 10 minutes from the property. If you need something, just let us know. We provide a book in the home of our favorite things: restaurants, shopping and things to do and see.
