Perfectly located 1/2 block from the beach! This home will exceed your expectations for family fun in the sun! Spacious, gated yard with private heated pool*, basketball goal, and huge wrap-around balcony! Outdoor living space is beautifully designed with checkered grass and concrete, sports turf, al fresco dining area, large heated pool, and plenty of lounge seating. Kids will love having their own space in the large bunkroom and sports/pool areas. Parents might appreciate this too;) 2 Separate Living Spaces and 2 Kitchens make this home ideal for multiple families. Destination Dolphin is a rare oasis in the heart of Destin! This home is made for families with children, friend getaways, and work retreats. Cafes, restaurants, and shopping just minutes away!

FIRST FLOOR EXPERIENCE (located under main house) - Sleeps 4

Located under the main house, guests love how this separate living area has two bedrooms, a living room, and kitchen. Set out into the pool area or watch movies on the flat screen.
~King Bedroom with private bathroom and shower.
~Full Size kitchen
~Dining area with seating for six
~Living room with flat screen tv
~Two Twin Bedroom with flat screen tv
~Entrance to backyard pool
~Must go outside to access the main floor.

MAIN FLOOR EXPERIENCE/SECOND FLOOR (1 Bedroom- Sleeps 4 ):
You'll walk through a covered arbor of green and up a set of stairs to the walk around porch. Step into the living room with beautiful wood floors, corner couch, and big screen tv.
The dining room has seating for 8 along with the four stools at the bar. The kitchen (one of two) has the essential countertop appliances needed along with fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave.
You'll have adequate plates, silverware, dishes, and cooking utensils for your stay.
Also on this floor:
~Bedroom with pool view and two queen beds and bathroom. Separate bathroom with walk-in shower, separate tub, and single sink.
~Laundry room with oversized washer and dryer.
~You can step out onto the wrap around deck overlooking the pool.

THIRD FLOOR EXPERIENCE (3 Bedrooms/2 Bath Sleeps 13)

~Master bedroom: Relax on the king size bed or step out on your private balcony to watch the sunrise. The attached private bathroom has a walking shower, separate tub, and separate toilet room.
~King Bedroom: Pool view and large screen tv.
~Bunk room: Three bunks with each being twin over double. Sleep 9.
The bathroom is shared, but not attached to the King and the bunkroom. Toilet, sink, shower with seating.

OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE

Relax in the heated pool*, shoot baskets in the backyard or sunbath around the pool. This picturesque area is great for rejuvenating and enjoying the Florida sun.

You are an easy 5 minute walk to the gated beach.
