This is a 3rd floor corner unit, closest location to the beach with a private balcony that overlooks the shimmering white beaches and emerald blue waters of the Florida Panhandle Gulf. Easy access to beach boardwalk, pools, grilling area, fitness center, fishing pier, entertainment, and nearby restaurants.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, 45" smart TV and private bath. The second bedroom has twin sized bunk beds, including 25" smart TV and DVD player. The bedroom has a private door and adjoining bath. This unit is beautifully decorated with a relaxing beach theme and includes a queen size sleeper sofa, cable TV with HBO, and a DVD player, surround sound stereo system and wireless Internet access – all you need to accommodate up to 6 occupants. A fully furnished kitchen features all the utensils and luxuries you need for that great fresh catch. Washer and dryer are included.
Destin West Beach & Bay Side Resort is one of the most requested vacation destinations on the Emerald Coast! With unit #303 you have the convenience of walking right out your back door out to your patio and directly to the pool. Bayside can be accessed by using the Skywalk (on West end of the 3rd floor) that goes over highway 98 for your safety and convenience. This resort has the best amenities on Okaloosa Island. You are also within walking distance, or less than a 2 minute drive, from some of the best restaurants and entertainment outfits on Okaloosa Island.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this place. We booked it for the month of Feb. It was so quiet and comfortable. The view of the ocean from our balcony was incredible! It was just a short walk to the beach, where we could see the sunrise or sunset almost every day. This unit also provided beach chairs and a beach umbrella ⛱️ for us to use. It was conveniently located near Destin and Fort Walton, where we could get groceries, go to a variety of restaurants and play pickleball. We met a lot of nice people on the Boardwalk which was just a short walk down the beach. The only thing I wish they had were some gas grills on the property. They only had charcoal grills, which seemed like a waste to only cook 2 burgers, chicken breasts or a steak. We took advantage of the hot tub and heated pool many of the nights. We loved this place so much that we booked it for next year!
