The building has elevators, extra private locked storage areas, 2 reserved covered private parking spaces at front entrance exclusively for your use. Magnificently landscaped grounds, with special jogging, biking, and walking paths, bocci courts, softball fields, with 4 olympic size pools, a huge 24 hour fitness/wellness center, Jacuzzi, tiki-bar, 2 outstanding restaurants and gorgeous clubhouse. Apartment has latest design/décor in a beautiful setting including a foyer, new kitchen with rich wood cabinets, granite counter, a breakfast bar, stainless-steel appliances, dining/ living room area, with 24-bottle wine fridge, a big screen HDTV and blue ray player with full cable channel line-up including movie and sports package plus DVR, an office area with beautiful desk, WIFI & new HP Printer/Scanner/Fax, a large master suite with king bed, a spacious guest bedroom with queen bed, 2 full-size baths including and oversized stall shower and soaking tub, up-scale fixtures and separate washer and dryer in the unit. The unit includes a relaxing large screened-in terrace with barbeque and panoramic views. There are many extras, like crown moldings, paneled wood doors, and 24/7 security. The appropriate rental fee (see below) plus a $347.50 transfer fee, a $250 turn around departure fee, and a $69 damage protection fee are due as follows: deposit of 50% with reservation; balance of 50% 90 days prior to occupancy. Minimum rental is one month. Rent includes all utilities including water, sewer, trash pick-up, 200 channel cable-HDTV, Blue Ray, DVR, WIFI, phone and answering machine and use of all amenities. Property is also located near the NY Yankee training facility, EPCOT center, and Disney World in Orlando, among other resort destinations.
