This completely remodeled home shows like a designer’s beach house, with beachy blue velvet couches, neutral beiges and pops of colorful art, nautical accents, and whimsical touches throughout. Two levels of spacious living area, deck, paved patios are very family-friendly: your children will enjoy hours of playtime in the Life Guard Themed Playhouse, made with Tyvex decking to prevent splinters, Turf Grass play area (perfect for young children’s tender feet), several children’s picnic tables, swings, slides, boogie boards, a covered dock on the water, games, books, toys, an outside hot and cold shower, and great beach and bay access!
The main upper level of Aloha is bright and sunny, with a “great room” concept with the kitchen, dining, and living areas joining, allowing for quality time spent together. Lots of large windows and sliders with access to the deck give great views of Back Bay. The gorgeous remodeled and well-equipped kitchen offers gleaming white marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, lots of storage, and a dining table large enough to seat everyone with additional counter seating. There is even a small side table for youngsters to eat at away from the “grown-up” table. In the living area, you will find comfortable plush seating, a writing desk, and a large flatscreen TV for your favorite shows can be watched from all vantage points. The real star of the show, however, is the spectacular sunset that occurs nightly off the back deck. You will forever remember the glorious colors and patterns in the sky as the sun disappears from the horizon. Three bedrooms are located on this upper level; a king main suite with beautiful private bath and TV, and two bedrooms, one with a full and twin bed, and the other with a queen. An additional hall bath is easily accessible for everyone to use, and is gleaming with marble counters and custom tiling.
The first level has a large open family room with plenty of room for children to play, comfortable seating, TV, a built-in wall cabinet with hooks, and shelving for storing your gear, two bedrooms (a queen, and two twins with a separate daybed), with a large bath/laundry room with double vanity, marble counters, washer/dryer.

The location of Aloha puts you with easy access to Back Bay and also is also a convenient short walk across the street to the beach.
