Positive: It was in a great location and seemed to be a nice house.
Negative: The house was put together in a rush. Some things were missing like a 8 ball from the pool table. The chairs in the dinning room were flimsy and many issues were in the bathrooms. The sink fell from the counter top in the bathroom while I was brushing my teeth. This was immediately reported to the owner and they are trying to charge me for faulty labor. The sink was not even secured to the studs in the wall. It was just hanging there ready to fall. For the price, I paid to stay for 2 nights. This was a total buzzkill. It was like this house was built so fast or has been cared for so little that it is falling apart.
