Welcome to DESERT PLACE- 3-BEDROOMS* Sleeps 6 adults. A great place to relax and get away from it all. This desert oasis has 3 bedrooms with a beautiful new modern pool and hot tub in backyard with 360 Mountain Views. The house is set in a private setting with Modern Decor. Fully equipped Kitchen, BBQ on Patio. There are multiple lounging and entertainment areas. Additionally (x2)Sofas are convertible beds. Desert Place is only a 5-minute drive to Coachella and Stage Coach music Festivals and minutes to endless hiking and biking trails.
ADDITIONAL FEES: POOL and SPA heating available with additional fee. PET (dogs only) Fees apply.
It’s not a PARTY HOUSE. City has strict ordinance about loud music/ voices/amplified speakers and have fines for violation are $1000+ issued to guests.
Pool use: No diving, jumping, rough play or running around pool allowed.

Summary: We stayed here for six weeks. The hosts, Anjeli and Jason were terrific. They responded promptly with any questions and information. The location was perfect for us. Close enough to ride our bikes to Old Town, Fritz Burns (pickleball), and 3 blocks to the bike trail and hiking. The beds were very comfortable. The yard and pool area is nicely laid out, our dog had room to get romp. Access to the outside eating area is nice, right off the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen and living area are functional. We would, and hope to, rent here again.
