Unwind in the gorgeous heated pool surrounded by desert and tropical vegetation. Enjoy your meals and drinks on the covered patio or relax in a lounger under a nice big umbrella. The BBQ and patio set are perfect for outdoor dining as is the fire pit for those cooler, desert winter evenings.
Enjoy this spacious and tastefully furnished (3 bedrooms + Den , 2 bath), 2000 sq. ft. bungalow. The home boasts a formal dining room, for that special dinner party and a lovely reading area for relaxing with a good book, or if you are a piano player please enjoy playing our lovely piano. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and every kitchen gadget you may require to prepare delicious meals.
You will have restful nights in the large king-size main bedroom which has an incredible view of the pool, particularly at night with the twinkling lights. The main bath is complimented by a separate shower with double sinks and a soaker tub. There is a TV available in the master bedroom.
The queen-size and bunk-bed bedrooms are equally restful. With a TV/DVD combo available in the queen room.
The den is equipped with a computer desk complete with wireless internet access, printer and large monitor, along with a day bed for extra sleeping space.
Maricopa is the perfect destination for those wishing to relax and escape colder climates. This quiet, year-round sunny and warm, charming city is within a 30 minute drive (15 to the Premium Outlets) to EVERY amenity a big city can offer! There are all types of activities near this property: Numerous golf courses (The Duke is 10 minutes away), Casinos ( Haarahs Ak-Chin Casino is 5 minute drive) along with just about every professional sporting event, dining, and first rate shopping! Summary: Overall experience from beginning of booking to the end was 5 + stars. Carla was very attentive to any of our questions or needs. We enjoyed her spacious house, even though there were only 2 of us staying there. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, etc as well as appliances. We enjoyed using the new recliner-so comfortable. The master bath was very spacious; I used the soaking tub 3-4 times in our 3 week stay. It was especially welcoming after we ran the AZ Rock N Roll Half Marathon. The pool was wonderful, the salt water felt silky. One of our favorite times to use it was early in the morning when steam was rising from the water (one morning we swam when it was 31 degrees). The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. Within a block of the house, we found a running/walking/biking path that led to the Copper Mt. Rec Center which was only a few blocks away. We ran/walked around the pond and around the many paths at the complex. There's a very nice grocery store, Fry's, a short distance from the house. There is some shopping in Maricopa, but if you need more it's within 30 minutes. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Carla's house and thank her for her gracious care for us and for our unforgettable vacation at her house. Thank you, Carla, and we praise God for it all.
