This 1,600-square-foot home is part of a gated community at the southeastern edge of the Valley of the Sun, a location which gives it easy access to both Greater Phoenix and the rugged landscapes of the Superstition Mountains. Visit the ghost town of Apache Junction (10 miles), find all sorts of hiking trails and golf courses nearby, and head into Scottsdale (38 miles) or Phoenix (43 miles) for a day of excellent shopping and dining.
The expansive, furnished patio is where you'll begin most days, bringing your coffee outside to the cushioned sofa while the sun is still low in the sky. In the evenings, admire the golden hour light as you flip steaks on the gas grill and set the table for a sunset dinner.
The interior is well-appointed and comfortable, with central air conditioning and complimentary WiFi running throughout the house. Highlights include an eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an inviting living room with a smart TV and DVD player, and a private washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs.
