Beautifully maintained fully furnished home in Mission Lakes Country Club available for 30+ day rental. Walk up the stone walkway to the lovely courtyard and on into the secure entry way to the home. Bright and beautiful it is tastefully decorated with pieces from all over the world. The home has been completed updated with wood flooring, granite counters tops and custom window treatments. One of the guest bedrooms is set up for home office. The master bath is complete with walk-in tub and shower and master bedroom includes a large walk-in closet. The view from the back patio is absolutely stunning with fairway and mountain views. The patio itself is a little oasis, beautifully landscape complete with firepit, waterfall and swing for complete relaxation. Two car garage with golf carting parking. Golf is available as the course is open to the public. Guests may golf at prevailing rates or with a discounted seasonal package. TV with multiple subscription services including Youtube tv, Netflix, PBS, Britbox and Prime. Music services include SiriusXM and Amazon Music.
