Positive: It is very close to the pier and can be reached by walking through several intersections.There is a separate courtyard, making parking very safe.
Negative: The floor and table are covered in a lot of dust. When I wiped the table with a tissue, it got dirty immediately. The floor seems like it hasn’t been cleaned, or the place hasn’t been occupied for a long time. The living room is very cold, with a small electric heater that has very low power. The shower water alternates between cold and scalding hot.
