Positive: The apartment was very clean and comfortable, good location, close to good local restaurants, coffee shops, pool was nice
Negative: We could not use the gym as its only owners, but i guess it is understandable. We didn't mind too much, but if you like working out better, talk to the administrator about being able to use it.
