Positive: Manuel was there right when we got there, and helped even answer questions about the town and opportunities to go on a boat ride. The place was very modern with the design, from the simplicity of the glass shower panel to the dining table fit to the wall, and I loved the light switches he chose! I had never seen that type before. Also, the keypad on the door lock made it very easy to enter with nothing extra to carry. Also - excellent Amazon Prime service (we did not have to pay for good movies).
Negative: There really was not much. It was a smaller space, but Manuel did an excellent job of optimizing it's usage with form and function in mind. Super accessible and I did not feel cramped. The smaller hide-away bed was being repaired, but he brought it in very quickly and just laid it on the floor, and it slid under the bed all the same very easily.
Summary: Form and function well designed to meet all your needs - very modern and such a hospitable host!
