Modernized 3 Bed 2 Bathroom1 1/2 story centrally located Denton, TX home. We wanted to pay homage to our hometown so the home is finished out with Denton themed decor. Get to UNT, TWU, downtown and Rayzor Ranch all in under 5 minutes. Work in peace while enjoying the view from the upstairs loft. Pull out sofa adds to accommodate up to 8 people. Private backyard with beautiful greenery and two patios. Enjoy lounging by the fire-pit on one and eat dinner on the other. The area is peaceful and convenient!
Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of one hall closet.
We hope you have a peaceful stay and no issues arise but are available to help with anything that may come up.
Neighborhood is minutes from downtown, UNT, TWU, and everything on University Dr.
Car is the best way around but is within walking distance to Starbucks, McDonalds and various other places on Univerity Dr.

Summary: We had a rough start — no internet or TV for the first 18 hours — despite the manager sending a new router for us to hook up, and it snowed 8 inches! It finally took the manager’s persistence with the internet provider to restore our service on the second day. Manager did compensate us with a partial refund for the first day, however. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and well stocked, all appliances worked properly, and kitchen had a good variety of useful tools. No bathroom on the second floor for the two guests in the twin beds, but 2 baths on first floor.
