If you are looking for unique place to stay at the beach Deniz is the place. This two bedroom unit is perfect for two couples, additional sleeping is sleeper sofa for two max. Deniz is located on the third floor above the Amore by the sea shop in the heart of Seaside, Florida. This European style apartment is extremely comfortable. Washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, queen bed in one bedroom, twin bed in the other. Each bedroom has own bathroom Gather with friends and family on the third floor roof for stunning views of sunset, moonrise and star studded evenings.
3 nites minimum year around, 4 nights , 4 th of July,Xmas and thanksgiving
This cottage is at third floor walk up beach access is in seaside via access point , Coleman pavilion
This home is pet friendly and required non- refundable $250 deposit
Deniz which sleeps 2-6. If you are large family or friends of 10-12 we can combine the two apartment Amore and Deniz to accommodate you. Amore is on the second floor with the porch, Deniz is on the third floor with the roof. But no elevator.Please ask for those special combined rates.
Pool pass is $42for 6 persons, including pool access and fitness has to get as checking in till checking out

Summary: I can't recall staying in a short term rental that had a host as accommodating as Ozy. He was very communicative prior to checking in and during our stay. The place could not have been in a better location. Literally right in the heart of the town center. We walked out our door and had food, shopping, beach and entertainment not even 5yds away. Loved the rooftop patio, spent every evening up there watching the sunset and feeling the ocean breeze. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy dinner here. We are definitely booking this location again next year with Ozy.
