Ariel Dunes II 1310 is an updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath beach condo that sleeps 6 with breath-taking views of the beach from ALL common areas, the master suite, and the private balcony. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar-sand beaches and Summers breeze from your private balcony on the 13th floor. Ariel Dunes II at Seascape Resort offers breath-taking views, beach access, and an abundance of amenities such as pools (seasonally heated), sauna, on-site dining, entertainment, and more!
Upon entering this updated vacation rental you will find a beach view living area with comfortable seating, an HDTV, and sliding glass doors leading to the private balcony where you will find spectacular views of the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with white stainless steel appliances and everything you would need for to prepare a home cooked meal after a long day at the beach! Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views the Emerald Coast has to offer. The dining area seats a total of 8. The master king suite offers beach views with balcony access, an HDTV, and private bathroom with his and her sinks, a walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The guest suite offers a full size bed, an HDTV, private balcony, and private bathroom. The guest room offers 2 twin beds, an HDTV, and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bathroom is shared with the common areas. A washer and dryer can be found in the unit for your added convenience. This beach view Destin vacation rental sleeps a total of 6.
Ariel Dunes II is located in Seascape Resort, a gated beach resort that offers incredible amenities such as, five pools including a zero-entry pool (Ariel Dunes II pool is seasonally heated), eight tennis courts, a sauna, a steam room, a barbecue grill and picnic area, an onsite arcade, conference center, lakes, and is just steps away from the beach. The Cabana Cafe is located on the first floor of the resort for your convenience, so you can grab lunch or dinner. If you are in the mood for Gulf-front dining, walk across the street to the Whale’s Tail restaurant and enjoy fresh seafood and stunning views of the sparkling waters of Destin. You can spend your days lounging poolside or head down to the sugar white sands of the Gulf. Beach service is available. A lovely 18-hole golf course is also within walking distance if you want to practice your swing on the gorgeous greens of Destin.
