Positive: How close it was to the airport and how fast the check in process was. I also liked how fast the owner responded to my needs.
Negative: I asked that my beddings be changed and the house keeping staff asked me to show her the stains on them before changing them. That looked weird to me. Cupboard wasn’t clean as well
