Positive: The property had everything I needed and more. The owners Carolina and Mauricio thought of every detail. eg: chargers, adaptors, toiletries, fully equiped kitchen, umbrellas for shade or rain. Patio games, etc. Lovely place overall, and perfectly located to visit the Arts and design districts + Mimai Beach. Nice local neighbourhood vibe only two blocks from the upscale and more touristy locations and Trader Joes!
Negative: The owners, at one point, used the property living room as office space. We did not care at all, as they were very nice and relaxed, but I can see how other guests could appreciate knowing in advance that they might be sharing that space, not only with other guests, but also with the owners. Just a little more clarification on this is the only minor thing i wouls suggest. Gracias Carolina and Mauricio!
