The apartment was fully refurbished in 2016 in a modern style and equipped with high quality materials To provide a comfortable stay. The house is fully soundproofed, with air conditioning in all rooms, electric shutters, LED lights, smart TVs and many more details.
The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king size bed, large closet, TV and a modern desk turned to the window with a superb city view of Porto. For Those traveling with children or in a group, the sofa bed Also accommodates two more people.
Oriented to east and west, the sun illuminates all day space. To enjoy even better our sun, the terrace offers a relaxation area or a meal area.

Summary: Location of condo is excellent and very quiet. No street noise or disturbances from other residents (we saw nobody at all over 11 days). Communication with owner was good prior to arrival, with clear instructions for self-directed entry. However, no contact upon and after arrival (though not necessary, it would have been more welcoming).Condo is as described, though somewhat more minimalist than expected. The only seating (pull out sofa bed) other than kitchen chairs is not comfortable with cushions constantly slipping. The living space is very narrow. Kitchen is well equipped (but no cork screw for the second VRBO home we’ve rented in last 2 months!). We had difficulty figuring out the stove and combined oven/microwave so a url to their manuals or more detailed instructions would have been helpful. Bedroom was nice and the bed very comfortable, though again the narrowness of the room meant that there was very little space to get by from the far side at night when accessing the bathroom. Good quality towels.All in all, we were fully satisfied with the rental.
