Summary: Absolutely outstanding, the service and friendliness was 5/5. The team were so helpful and kind and they helped in every way possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible and there was nothing we wouldn’t do for us. We had the only room with a balcony and 3 windows which was perfect. Just be aware that it is a noisy area so it is hardly quiet but this was not an issue for us as we were out and about 12+hours a day and shattered everyday. The bed was perfect. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Zürich. It is a 15 mins flat walk to the main train station and near shops and restaurants. I would just warn there is no lift in this property and the lowest floor is the 4th one with 7 flights of stairs. Thank you team for an amazing experience. Home from Home!!!
