Summary: The apartment is beautiful, but one of the two bathrooms was unusable due to the same problem noted by a previous guest a year ago. The floor entering the main bedroom is damaged to the point that it is unsteady and easy to pinch the feet if barefoot. I sent multiple messages to the host in VRBO and hot zero response. When I contacted lovelystay by phone, they promised to check and call back and never did. Aside from the unusable shower (clogged drain), sink was slow to drain, toilet seat was loose, toaster doesn't work, washing machine fights to open door, and the floor entering the main bedroom is dangerous. When booking a VRBO with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, guests should be able to wake and start their days independently and this was impossible. Combined with the unresponsive host, two stars is a gift.
