On the main floor is a generous living and dining area a with a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. It has it own washer and dryer that runs quietly in a small cupboard on the main level. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom and a smaller spare bedroom for guests or small children as well as a desk area so those working can find some quiet away from the main living area downstairs. The house was built by Smallworks, Vancouver’s premier laneway home builder in 2104. The unit is a stand alone building with its own access to the street and lots of parking. There is an outside patio perfect for your privacy. There is also access to a BBQ. Situated in Kitsilano, the most central and bustling area on the west side of Vancouver , Cypress Laneway House is a 10 minute drive to UBC, 5 minutes to several fantastic beaches and close to Granville Island and Downtown Vancouver. It is only a 3 minute walk from an important public transit hub with express and local buses to UBC, downtown, across town and everywhere in between.
