This recently renovated and conveniently located, 1288 sq. ft ground-level unit is steps away from the pool, the private sand beach, and an ocean-front salt-water pool. It boasts a spacious living room and dining area with high speed internet. The fully equipped kitchen has all new appliances and even has a wine refrigerator! Included for your convenience is a stacked washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath with double sinks, plenty of storage and a large, walk-in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and just across the hall is the second bathroom which also has a spacious, walk-in shower. Dine or relax on the private lanai and enjoy a partial ocean view. The grounds are beautifully maintained with lush tropical gardens. Mere steps away from the lanai, you will find for your use a cabana and gas grills with an ocean-front eating area. Free, secure parking is located close to the unit. Casa de Emdeko is a private gated community located on Ali’i Drive, one mile south of Kailua-Kona village, where you can find many shops and restaurants. Beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler available for our guests use.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay for spring break. Michael was a great host, any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly. A couple of issues that came up at the complex while we were visiting were shared before we even knew there was an issue.The onsite facilities were perfect, especially the salt water pool which is right next to the ocean. Complimentary coffee in the morning was also a special touch. We would highly recommend staying here!
