The house is on 3 levels. The tiled living area featuring exposed stone walls is on the top floor. Here there is a comfortable lounge and a large modern eat-in kitchen extending out onto a private sunny roof-top terrace with BBQ where most relaxing and entertaining happens during the Summer months. The kitchen includes gas range and oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, refrigerator, all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
