Wren House Garden Flat is a spacious, sunny, 2 double bedroom property in the village of Bishopsteignton. It is set at the top of the village so every room, except the bathroom, enjoys beautiful views over the gardens and down towards the estuary of the River Teign.
Our large and pretty garden has beautiful views and lots of places to sit in sun or shade and it is all yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay. There are two large terraces with a 3 seater comfortable swing seat, dining table and chairs and sun loungers. Just sit anywhere with glass or mug in hand to relax in comfort. A charcoal barbecue is available for sunny evening al fresco meals.
The garden is secure for dogs; but not cat chasers or persistent barkers please,

Our situation in the village is quiet and peaceful and even in the busiest weeks of high summer you will be untroubled by the hustle of the crowded tourist resorts.
The surrounding area is perfect for those who love the countryside or the coast. The sea at Teignmouth is just 2 miles away, the local area is good for walking and Dartmoor is under 12 miles away. Just above the village is the moorland area known as Little Haldon from where you will discover some of the best views in Devon .... literally from Moor to Sea. In the same location, and sharing the same lovely views, is the well known and challenging Teignmouth golf course.
Bishopsteignton is also well situated for exploring our beautiful county as from here you will find easy access to the A380, A38 and M5.
Those who love National Trust properties will be spoilt for choice as Devon has so many scattered around the county.
Because South Devon is a tourist area you will also find many tourist attractions and a huge variety of dining options from cheap and cheerful to high end Michelin starred restaurants.
Last, but not least, is the Devon climate, spring comes early and summer finishes late and even in January, on a calm sunny day you could find yourself relaxing on the south facing patio enjoying a cup of coffee or something stronger!
