THE SPACE:
Delightful Artsy Queenslander is situated on a quiet street about 30 minutes walking distance from the city center.
The lounge area opening onto the verandah with a garden and pool view offers a suite perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and local channels. Free unlimited WiFi along with plenty of books and a Stereo is provided to feel at home.
Take time to chill out in the comfy chairs, read a book or take a plunge into the pool on the deck.
Both air-conditioned bedrooms offer queen-size beds, quality mattresses, ceiling fans, wardrobes, and high-quality towels and bed linen. The master bedroom has an ensuite.
The main bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The separate laundry area includes a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer. Iron and ironing board are also available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, gas stove top, portable oven, and microwave as well as all basic kitchenware. A coffee Nespresso machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.
Off-street parking is available in the driveway.

As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.
On the property there also is another unit in the back left-hand corner. This unit is also rented out and the guest that stays in the back will not enter into your private space, only using driveway to access the back house.
The garden and pool are maintained regularly and it is possible our gardener will come during your stay, no one will be accessing the house so there is no need to be at home or change your holiday plans.
