This three bedroom / three bath cottage is tucked away in the quiet Fairways Neighborhood beneath towering Florida pines and reflective views of the lake from the screened porch and private dock.
The Open floor plan greets you upon entrance with a soft Ivory Sectional, a handsome leather chair, and a large flat screen television.
The kitchen has updated Modern countertops, white cabinet doors and Stainless appliances.
The dining area boasts a substantial, high wood table and matching chairs and has seating for four.
The guest bedroom next to kitchen features a queen bed, flat screen TV, and a bath with granite vanity and tub shower combination.
The second guest room has a light décor with a queen bed, flat screen television, and a bath with granite vanity and walk in shower.
The master bedroom is spacious and has a King-sized bed, a flat screen television, an adjoining bath featuring a double granite vanity, and a large walk in tile shower.
The home also offers a golf cart which is the best way to get around the property and to the beach! An additional $500 will be charged/held up to 14 days after departure for the golf cart. Once an inspection is completed we will release that back to your card unless there are damages.
After a long day of golfing or beaching, the back porch is great for hanging with family and friends. The dock just outside the enclosed porch has a wrought iron table and chairs set to enjoy an early dinner or appetizers.
