This original Lake Delavan house has been preserved and restored throughout the years and maintains the historic feel with all of today's modern amenities. It is a comfortable four (4) bedroom, three (3) bath lakefront home and provides 100 feet of frontage on Delavan Lake. It features a pier and boat slip on just over one acre of land. It has a great room with fireplace, Cable TV, and Internet and screened porch facing the water on this one level home. Enjoy the summer sunsets as well as the private pier for your time spent out on the lake. Northern Lights is a prime spot for ice fishing. It is just a short drive into the town of Delavan and just 8 miles west of Lake Geneva where you can spend a great day of boat tours, shopping and restaurants. Northern Lights is the ideal place to unwind. Relax at the house and take in the lake view, swim in the lake off the pier or cozy up to the fireplace on the over stuffed leather couches. If you are looking for more action, go out and explore all the recreation the area has to offer including world class golf, boating and water sports, dining, nightlife and shopping. It provides one (1) King bed, two (2) queen beds, two (2) twin beds and a crib. One important point...this is a NO PET home. The owners are severely allergic to pets. Also Parties and Events are NOT allowed. This is a residential area and we have to be kind with our neighbors.
