3 Bedroom Apartment in Nassau

Your own 3 story town house with the Atlantic Ocean 10 feet from your back deck and 10 min from the airport. Downtown Nassau is a 10-minute ride on the Jitney busses ($1.00/ride) that stops at our entry gate and runs daily. Paradise Island and the Atlantis Resort are just 10 minutes further down the road where you can enjoy a water park, fine dining, gambling, and family fun. They don't make anything bluer than the Bahamas Blue Atlantic Ocean just feet from your back porch and master bedroom balcony. Waking up to the ocean surf will recharge any battery and watching the sunset from the deck or balcony is the best therapy out there. This 3 bedroom, 3 story recently refurbished townhouse has 3 1/2 baths and sleeps 6 comfortably. The house is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, appliances, and all the dishes and cooking utensils (and wine glasses) you'll need. Dine in or eat out on the beautiful back porch and watch the spectacular sunsets every evening. If you enjoy going out for dinner; there are 4 great Nassau restaurants within walking distance. The Poop Deck, and the Blue Sailfin on the ocean side. Across the street in the beautiful Sandyport community there is also Spritzers dock side dining or the Twisted Lime Sports Bar where you can keep up with your favorite team with indoor or outdoor dining available. The town house has 3 cable TVs, internet throughout and separate A/C units for each of the 3 floors. The sandy beach is just 100 yards from our front door, which we have beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your private use. The Delaporte community has two beautiful pools. One we call the morning pool on the east side of the community, which is great for morning swims and early reading and a second spectacular afternoon pool perched right on the ocean and looking directly west. You can get lost in the blue water and blue sky. If it's snorkeling you're interested in taking up, there are reefs on both sides of the peninsula. All you need is a mask, some fins (we have 3 pair) and a snorkel. Supermarkets, banks, liquor stores (Liquid Courage), and Club One fitness center with daily memberships are all within walking distance. So come to Nassau… be it for love… R&R… great family time or a reunion with the best of friends. We hope once you've soaked up some of that Bahamian sun you'll be rested, recharge and ready for a return trip!
