Hello and welcome to Deerfield Farm, a waterfront estate nestled on 56 secluded acres in Berlin, MD at the gateway to the upscale South Point neighborhood. We enjoy western exposure and are known for panoramic views of the coastal wetlands, soft breezes and stunning sunsets. We sit on Holland Creek and are only minutes from the famous beaches of Assateague Island National Seashore Park, championship golf courses and the beaches. With 9 bedrooms and 7 1/2 bathrooms, the estate comfortably sleeps 18+ people and is accessed through a paved driveway which passes a stocked fresh water pond, abundant farm land and a canopy of mature trees. The traditional home features a large landscaped yard with multiple patios, a pergola, fire pit, decks and covered porches that offer expansive views over coastal wetlands, Holland Creek and the greens and fairways of Ocean City Golf Course. Holland Creek provides plenty of opportunity for water sports and deep enough water for a pontoon, jet ski or small outboard. Great for canoeing, kayaking, SUP, as as fishing and crabbing from the dock and pier. We also have a stocked pond for catch and release.
