3 Bedroom Cabin in Island Park

If you are brining pets please reach and discuss them with me for approval before booking. Clean cabin, door knobs, light switches, remotes, cabinet fronts, trash cans and lids, we clean it all. I do all the laundry myself at home and stock fresh for every group. I even clean the BBQ (available year round). TV's in all the bedrooms, living room and loft. The cabin is in Island Park Village Resort and is 20 miles from West Yellowstone. It has a hot tub on the back deck and garage for guests to use year-round. I treat the water myself keep a good eye on it. I change the water and filters regularly. The cabin is surrounded by dual use roads so you can ATV or snowmobile right from the property with trails just down the street. There are 3 bedrooms, a sleeping loft and 2 bathrooms. The cabin sleeps 12 people in beds. There are USB charging outlets throughout the cabin and in the kitchen, most of the bedroom end tables have USB ports on the back, the bunk beds have extension cords at the top bunk for easy device charging. There are board games, card games, puzzles, coloring books and crayons. We decorate the whole cabin for Christmas. Decorations go up just after Thanksgiving and stay up until end of Jan so if you like to feel festive this is the place! The cabin does have WIFI with strong reliable signal. There is Dish Network in the living room and upstairs master bedroom. All the bedrooms and bunk bed loft have TV and Smart DVD players (lots of DVD's in the cabin for guest use) or you can log onto your Netflix or other apps. The garage has hooks for coats and a boot rack, plenty of room for toys and gear. There is a full size kitchen, full size fridge, dishwasher, coffee pot (coffee and filters provided too), dishes, pots/ pans, toaster, baking pans and sheets, muffin pan (baking cups provided) crock pot, skillet, griddle, spinning waffle iron (makes 16 waffles in 10 minutes) to name some of the items in the kitchen. There is a washer and dryer with laundry soap and fabric softener provided. There is overflow/ additional parking down the street from the cabin (map in cabin of location) for extra trailers or vehicles that may not fit on the property. Robins Roost grocery store/ gas station is on the corner of the street. There are restaurants, gas stations and restaurants all within a few minutes and can be driven to on ATV or snowmobile if you don't want to take the car. We provide trash removal service, so you won't be required to go to the dump on your way out of town.
