Deep Creek Lake rental A few minutes drive from the lake, Wisp, the ATV trails, town of Oakland, HoniHoni, and Swallow Falls.
Our Home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a loft/game room that sleeps 12 people in beds comfortably. The open living/dining area seats at least 15, that leads to a spacious deck with a propane fire pit and heater. There’s a wood fire pit, and kids play area in the yard. All of which overlook the amazing Mountain View’s full of wildlife sunrise to sunset.
The space
Our rental home offers indoor and outdoor activities for those of all ages all year round.
Main living space has an open concept kitchen, living and dining area that comfortably seats 12-15 people at a time. Our kitchen has stainless steel appliances, electric stove, a dish washer, and garbage disposal. All dinner ware and cutlery is provided as well as serving trays, and cookware. Kuerig coffee maker, and other small kitchen appliances are available.
Down the hall from the living space is our full laundry room followed but a full bathroom with a tub, and 2 bedrooms at the end of the hall. The room on the right features a Full size bed, Roku tv, and a full closet. The room to the left has a twin over double bunk beds, 2 dressers, a Roku tv, and full closet. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and full bathroom and Roku tv.
Upstairs on our second level loft provides games, puzzles, books, and a toy chest for entertainment. There is also a full size ping pong table with a full size mini fridge and sitting area in a nook. We have also provided a Bluetooth speaker in the upstairs for entertainment. Off the loft is the 4th private bedroom with twin bunk beds, and a queen size bed. ALL ROOMS AND LIVING SPACES HAVE ROKU TVS, AND WIFI.
Off the main living space we have a sliding door that opens up to our spacious deck with a gas grill, outdoor table and chairs, and propane heater. Off the deck is an equally large patio with chairs and a lounge chair.
The yard is 2 acres of open land for entertaining and fun outside activities. There is a wood fire pit with chairs, a hammock, and a play area for kids with little tykes play grounds. We also have a horse shoe set, croquet set, and a folding baby pool available for use during the warmer months. During the winter we have a small hill kids can sled on in front of the living room.
