The Eastern Lake Public Beach borders over 425 feet of Eastern Lake and over 450 feet of the Gulf providing plenty of water choices for adults and children alike. The actual beach area itself (at over 3-acres) sits within almost 6-acres of public land providing both plenty of room and recreational options. The Eastern Lake Public Beach access is .4 miles (an eight minute walk) from Sandpiper.

New restaurants and retail are a one minute walk across 30A at Greenway Station, including Local Cantina, Wild Olives Bistro, Canopy Road Cafe, The Salty Butcher, Pecan Jacks Ice Cream and Turbo Coffee. Sandpiper is only 2 miles from the Big Chill (pka The Hub) to the East and 2 miles from Seaside to the West.
House Rules:
🐚Rentals for family groups only. No non-family groups, including student groups, are permitted. A ratio of 1:3 of adult to guest under 21 required. No exceptions.
🐚Guest must be at least twenty-eight (28) years of age and will be an occupant of the premises during the entire rental period. ID and signed rental agreement will be REQUIRED.
🐚This home is a NO SMOKING property. Smoking is not permitted inside the home, on any balcony, deck or porch.
🐚Summers Edge HOA rules include NO GOLF CARTS allowed. Renting bikes is a great alternative!
🐶Our home is pet friendly for a maximum of two dogs that are NON-SHEDDING, 50 lbs. and under only. The fenced in, large backyard is a bonus for your furry family member!
