Three bedroom double story wooden open plan house with stunning cathedral ceilings and two decks.
The house accommodates up to 7 adult guests.
Two bathrooms (two showers/two toilets but no bathtub)
Two separate living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs.
The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. It is built on a slope which enables you to appreciate the tree tops, hear the birds and the leaves rustling in the wind. The decks are breezy in summer and have beautiful views out to Arthur’s Seat.
The house has a large garden that backs onto the St Andrews Beach golf course.
Walk to the beach via a quiet and stunning track through the sand dunes. The walk is 7 to 10 minutes and lovely.
You can hear the waves crashing from the garden and depending on how big the surf is, from the bedrooms at night too!
If you have children the rockpools accessible from the main St Andrews beach car park on Paradise drive are safe for swimming, with the beautiful scenery of wild crashing surf in the background.
It will be difficult to convince the kids to leave the playground and walk down to the beach.
Its a quick drive to the St Andrews beach brewery, wineries, and the Peninsula Hot Springs.
Many beautiful walking trails, including the bushrangers bay rock-pools near Cape Schank can be accessed within a few minutes by car.
