This stately property features 4,000 square feet of covered porches, a spacious outdoor bar with large screen TV, surround sound wired throughout the upstairs and outside, as well as several outdoor dining areas, making this home one of the finest on the Island.
Take advantage of the reverse floor plan with unparalleled views from the open living/dining/gourmet kitchen/sitting rooms featuring tons of windows and oversized sliders. An open floor plan with large screen television and gas fireplace make this home the perfect gathering for large families and friends. The King Master suite with private bath is located on the top floor with 5 additional bedrooms located on the second level.
Second level consists of 3 queen bedrooms and 2 unique children’s rooms both with 2 sets of built-in bunk beds which will accommodate 8. In total this home has 6 bedrooms and sleeps 16 quite comfortably. Cozy recreation area with separate flat screen on lower level provides private area for kids to enjoy gaming and movies.
When not enjoying the beach, relax in the salt water infinity pool complete with stacked stone waterfall and 2 pool decks or watch the sunset on the covered floating dock with deep water access. Dock location is perfect for kayaking, boating and paddle boarding. In addition, it offers some of THE best fishing and crabbing on the island! Elite design features of this home include an elevator, rustic hickory floors and travertine-like porcelain tile, stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, ice maker and quartz kitchen counter tops. Entertaining will be a breeze with the large dining table and kitchen bar area allowing large groups to dine together.
