Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The owner was easy to reach and responsive. Not a place for staycation because they have limited facilities. But the place has all the basics and they are flexible with changes or with your requests.
Negative: There was a bit of misunderstanding at first because the caretaker was giving us a non-aircon room but we booked an A/C room. It was clarified with the owner after the caretaker talked to Gina. So it was all settled.
Summary: Comfortable, clean, spacious and responsive owner.
