Positive: I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and want to give special thanks to the management for arranging my island tours. Booking through the hotel was incredibly easy and convenient — hotel pick-up was included, which made the entire experience completely stress-free and enjoyable. The location is perfect: just a 3-minute walk to the beach, and very close to a supermarket and the lively Lamai Night Market. Everything I needed was right around the corner. My room was spacious, well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, and — most importantly for me — had excellent internet. I was working remotely during my stay, and the strong, reliable Wi-Fi made a huge difference. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. Everything was spotless, and the service staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. This hotel truly delivers a luxury experience without being over-the-top. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service in a great location.
