Beautiful Gull Lake is located 50miles North of Winnipeg at the junction of Hwy 59 and Hwy 12 - at the top of the hill!
We offer 1400 SF complete with 4 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms - lakefront! Unreal, right?
Note: a hot tub, yard games and everything required for fun will be available during your stay with us.
If you’re making a last-minute booking and plan to arrive on the same day, please be aware that our check-in time may be delayed until approximately 7 pm. This is because our dedicated cleaning company requires sufficient time to thoroughly clean the unit before your stay. We appreciate your patience as we prepare the space for your arrival. Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to hosting you!
The a/c is located in the master bedroom but it cools down the entire cabin.
We do not accommodate parties.
We provide a Smart TV, which is for streaming online videos. You can use it to log into your video streaming services such as Netflix, YouTube or Amazon prime with your own subscription. We do not offer cable or regular TV channels.
The indoor fireplace is not for guests to use. There is a $500 fine if the fireplace is used and the guest will be responsible for any damages caused.
No parties, get togethers or events are allowed. If this is not obeyed, you will incur a $1000 fine for violating this policy.
Second bathroom is seasonal and outside the cabin. It is not functional during snow seasons because it runs with lake water. And tank and water lines get drained. We do not offer it during certain seasons.
*Check-out instructions:
-Please check all drawers and closets for any personal belongings. Check the washing machine and dryer.
-Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and please start it before your departure.
-Please make sure to leave the key fob and/or keys where you found upon arrival (counter or lockbox). Failure to return them will result in a $200.00 fee that will be applied to your account.
-Please take out your garbage, refer to the welcome book for location if you are unsure.
-Ensure the thermostat is set to the following temperature: 67F/19.5C in the winter and 74F/23C in the summer.
-Remove all linens from the beds and leave in the corner of the bedroom with all towels.
-Please let us know if you plan on departing before the 11:00 am checkout time as we have a team standing by to clean the apartment after your departure.
Early check-in Requests:
Early check-in requests need to be confirmed at least 48 hours before your checkin time (4 pm) during business days (Monday to Friday). The early check-in request fee is $100. We will reply to your request if there is availability. If it is requested after that time, we will we will need to charge a $120 fee to pay the cleaners for rescheduling on top of the $100 request fee.
Late check-out and Extension Requests:
Late check-out requests and extension requests need to be confirmed at least 24 hours before your checkout time (11 am)during business days (Monday to Friday). The late check-out request fee is $100. We will reply to your request if there is availability. If your request is confirmed within 24 hours before your checkout time (11 am), we will need to charge you a $120 fee to pay the cleaners for rescheduling on top of the rent/late checkout fees.

Gull Lake is not part of Lake Winnipeg and is a clean, clear body of water. Enjoy the sandy beach and everything Gull Lake has to offer!
