2 Bedroom Condo in Deer Valley, Park City

This convenient, luxurious , recently redone two bedroom condo in the Fawn Grove complex is located in Lower Deer Valley, midway between Old Town, Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resort. Buses serve the entire area running every 10 minutes. Snow Park Lodge (Deer Valley) is a three minute ride. At Deer Valley, friendly mountain hosts help carry your skis. At the end of the day you can leave the skis in a free overnight corral. There is no snowboarding at Deer Valley. For snowboarder guests, the bus runs to Park City Resort , 10 minutes away. Main Street is five minutes by bus or walkable, making this condo a wonderful location with or without a car.
The slopes of Deer Valley are framed through the sliding glass doors in the living room of Fawngrove #1574 and the view from the private tub is spectacular, any time of the year.
The owners have recently installed tile flooring with luxurious rugs throughout. The floors are heated for a small extra cost. The bathrooms are totally retiled with heated floors and heated towel racks. The living room has a gas fireplace and a large screen tv, which allows a hookup to Netflix , Amazon, Hulu, Apple Plus, and Paramount.
There is a queen sofa pullout bed, which is very comfortable There are flat screen televisions in all the bedrooms, all with Amazon Fire tv. The master bedroom has a king bed with luxury bedding , tv and large closets.
If you have to do some work, there’s even a printer and paper.
