AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
This darling cottage in the Fountain Plaza at Cinnamon Shore North has all the comforts of a designer home.
Enter into this unique cottage for a comforting beach experience for the whole family.
The first floor boasts a one of a kind look with the king bed and full bathroom tucked behind the cozy living area and kitchen. Enjoy a meal and movie with the custom dining table that collapses into a game table for family fun. Nestled under the stairway is a laundry room and large panty closet.
Once the day is done send the kiddos upstairs to the bunk room with ensuite shower and rest up for the next day of fun.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
The Starfish is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering The Starfish the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at a cute little house in North called the Starfish. It was very small, but it was clean and cozy and perfect for our little family of 4. It had everything we needed for the week and was nicely decorated. The kids loved their bunk room upstairs and had their own bathroom. The location was walking distance to all of the amenities. We opted for no golf cart as the kids wanted to ride their bikes and we enjoy walking. We brought a wagon to carry our items and this all worked out perfectly. We spent a fair amount of time at Keira’s pool and Dune pool - neither were too crowded and we had a great time at both. We found the beach to be most enjoyable in the evenings, but there is a lot of vehicle traffic during that time so you have to be careful. The kids loved the ice cream truck in the evenings. We ate at Dylan’s twice - the pizza was good and the staff were freindly. The front office wasn’t the warmest, but we had no specific issues and check-in / check-out was super fast and easy. Overall, we had an amazing time at Cinnamon Shore and plan to come back!
