The Space:
Modern aesthetics and spacious design with amazing sea and garden views from the bed and living room, a large veranda, and garden. Fully equipped with reliable high-speed internet and a flat-screen TV, ideal for home office use. The 42 sq. meter studio is beautifully renovated, furnished, and equipped to welcome family and friends. Located on the ground floor of a large villa, it’s just a 3-minute walk from the stunning Agioi Saranta Beach on the east coast of Pelion, near Chorefto. Enjoy the benefits of being close to the beach without the crowds.
Amenities include a spacious parking area, a large private veranda and garden, and air-conditioning. The main area stays cool at night with open windows, all of which have mosquito nets. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout, making it perfect for streaming HD movies or working from home. The studio features an open-space double bed, a 32” HD flat-screen TV with Netflix, a well-equipped kitchen with a cooker and fridge, and a modern bathroom with a shower, making it ideal for hosting a family. The house is conveniently situated just a 3-minute walk from one of Pelion's finest beaches, Agios Saranta. This sandy beach, adorned with small rocks, boasts a beachfront spanning 500 meters. Despite its popularity, it remains pleasantly uncrowded due to its ample width, though parking spaces are limited. Along the shoreline, you'll discover sunbeds, restaurants, and beach bars offering both seating and takeaway options.
For those seeking provisions, fresh fruits and vegetables are available for purchase every other day in our parking area. Additionally, a local fisherman frequents our parking space, offering freshly caught fish from his car. Should you require more extensive supplies, the closest supermarket is located in Chorefto, where you can also find bread. Makryrachi village provides further amenities, including supermarkets, bakeries, and a butcher.
For a broader selection, consider visiting Zagora, the largest nearby village, which features the area's largest supermarket along with various other shops and services.
Getting Around:
Nearby villages accessible by car include Tsagarada, Kissos, Mouressi, Zagora, Pouri, Chorefto, and Damouchari. Tsagarada, the largest village, features three distinct squares and neighborhoods, offering pleasant strolls. Pouri is also charming, and you can easily combine a visit with Zagora or enjoy a meal at the seaside taverna called Πλημαρι.
When it comes to dining, there are several notable options:
- Kalivi in Tsagarada
- 5f in Kissos
- Mouressi, located on the square
- For seafood, try Sevach (Σεβάχ) in Chorefto
- Plimari (Πλημαρι) on Analipsi Beach in Pouri, just beyond Zagora
- On our beach, there are three tavernas; I recommend the first one and Sarante for its location.
- Anapodo Platani in Tsagarada at Agias Kuriakis Square offers a lovely setting, albeit slightly pricier.

Exploring Pelion's hiking trails is a must, with numerous paths winding through forests and along beaches. Guests can access a hiking map, and additional routes can be found online.

The neighborhood is quite safe and we never had any cases. Of course, during summer period there are many visitors, so you have to take extra precautions.
