Positive: The room I had looked brand new, no traces of usage, it was nicely decorated, had everything I needed, including air conditioning, very well working WiFi and Internet-TV. The bathroom installations made a good and clean impression, among the equipment was also a hairdryer. As you cannot drink tap water in Morocco and the temperatures are high, I highly appreciated that they placed an 1.5 liter bottle of water in the room every day, included in the overall arrangement as a service, i.e. at no extra cost. One thing to mention was the food, especially the dinner. There was one menu per day, which was tasty and rich in variety. It both contained moroccan traditional food like tagine dishes, but also french inspired cuisine. According to my impression they prepared everything themselves from fresh vegetables to meat, sauces and dips. From past experiences in other hotels I can say I often preferred to go to nearby restaurants instead, but here the food was really good, and the prices were fair. I found the hospitality, presence and helpfulness of the french property owners was outstanding. They helped me planning my trips, gave many clues, organized a ticket for a place to visit, helped me to find a good repair shop for my broken cellphone, washed my clothes on request, handed me out one of their own pool towels because I forgot mine and so on. All in all I felt so welcome and appreciated as a guest, I started to miss the place, the owners and their cute dogs and cats once I left them. I would definitely come again.
