Summary: Our stay at Dan's 2 bedroom condo/Anna Maria Island was great. I have been coming to AMI since the 80's and have stayed at Runaway Bay a handful of times but this was the first time staying at Dan's condo. My family and I loved it. The condo was clean, comfortable and cozy. It had everything we needed for our family and more (lots of beach supplies). Dan is a wonderful host and great communicator. This would definitely be a five star rating based on his condo..but we were a little disappointed with pool closing at 8pm. In the past it has been open later and kids always enjoyed swimming in the eve. Us adults enjoyed gathering by the pool at night and relaxing...this wasn't the case this year which was kind of a bummer but we it didn't ruin our stay and we just spent more time on the beach. AMI is a beautiful island...which one day we hope to be residents of..we will definitely be back and would absolutely recommend Dan's condo if you come to visit here too! A. Garcia
