Positive: They were able to accommodate us at the last minute when we booked late at night and the lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and it was a unique layout (not exactly child friendly unfortunately). It was also close to the beach and the station.
Negative: The lady who checked us in confirmed that the bathroom was stocked and said twice to let her know if we had any issues. We realised after she left that there was no body wash (only two bottles of shampoo) but considering it was late, we decided not to get in touch right away. In the morning we tried to use the toaster but it appeared to be broken. We sent a text message to the main contact number about the lack of body wash, the broken toaster and also asked if we could have some more toilet paper if possible. The response we received was literally "ok" but no one came and we never heard anything else about it, which was very disappointing. Also, the wi-fi barely worked from the top bedroom and continuously dropped out.
