7 Bedroom Cabin in Northwoods Beach, Hayward

We have started reservations for Summer 2022 - starting from Memorial day weekend till end of September it will be weekly reservations Friday to Friday. Early birds get 10% discount ($3715). This cabin is on Grindstone Lake - 3,176 acres of pristine, crystal clear dancing water, with stunning views from the master bedroom, 2 decks and 2 living rooms. A dock (seasonal) to bring your boat or rent one nearby to spend quality time with family and friends on the lake. This cabin comes with a dedicated dock, which is part of a shared pier. The dedicated dock is the leftmost one, when facing the lake. A public boat launch is about 2 miles to the west of the cabin. Two swim platforms are right off the pier to enjoy the calm lake water. Two 10ft sit-in kayaks with paddles (seasonal only) are kept on the small deck to use during summer months. If you want to rent a pontoon, talk to the owner and get the contact to organize one to be delivered at the nearby landing. Pontoon availability for Summer doesn't last long! This single-level 4-season cabin of approx. 3000 sq ft features 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms. 2 decks and a firepit. The kitchens are well equipped. Both kitchens have full sized electric ovens, full sized refrigerators and microwave ovens. One kitchen has a dishwasher. The cabin has washer and dryer included. There are 4 double beds, 2 twin beds, 1 queen, 1 king, 1 bunk bed, 1 crib, 1 pack & play, 1 twin rollaway bed(on request only) and 4 air mattresses in the cabin. The cabin is equipped with 1 gig high speed broadband internet with premium WIFI-6 mesh network, if you plan to work from home. Each of the 7 bedrooms and 2 living rooms has smart speaker with Google Assistant. Subscription to YouTube TV included with each of the 3 TVs (master bedroom and 2 living rooms). Alternately, if you would rather be without any connectivity, just let us know and we can turn off connectivity during your stay. This cabin is part of a beautifully maintained association of 10 cabins and has large shared ground. This location is away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown Hayward area, which is 12 miles away. The lake-front area and beautiful, tall pine trees will make you feel right in the lap of nature. We allow longer stay as well from October till mid May. Extended gateway for a month during non summer months will be at 40% discount. Unwind, relax and work with high speed internet from the cabin. The cabin has 4 assigned parking spots with no overflow parking available during summer within the community. If you need additional space please park on the dirt road nearby on Badger road (following local city rules and regulations). LOCATION: The cabin is right next to 600 miles of popular, groomed snowmobile trails. The ATV trail is very close to the cabin and connects to county road K which can take you to longer trail routes. Lots of local options to rent and deliver snowmobile or ATV to the cabin. Whether an avid angler or a beginner fisherman, Grindstone Lake is the place to be! Spend the day swimming, boating, and fishing on the lakefront. If you're lucky, you'll snag a panfish, largemouth bass, northern pike, or walleye! There are multiple golf ranges and fairways in the area, including Fiddlers Creek, Big Fish, Lakeview, and Hayward Golf Club. Take a tour of the many small towns within a short drive of Hayward. Try your luck at Seven Winds Casino and Grindstone Creek Casino, go to the local wine at Red Schoolhouse and out of the Woods Winery, or try out the shops, restaurants, and museums in the heart of Hayward!
