Negative: The lock code that was in the email I received was incorrect. When I called to find out what the correct code was, the person I spoke to started off rather snippy. Also there was no instructions given as to how to operate the lock. The house was immaculately clean but every visible outlet had a Plug-In air freshener in them. As an asthmatic, this was very problematic. I had to unplug all of them. There's no reason for a clean home to be overwhelmed by any type of air freshener. I had to open up all the windows and doors to let fresh air in. Access to The Villages requires a pass card, no where in the information I received was there anything about the card. I had to go searching to find the card in the house. It would have been helpful to know what days the trash was to be collected.
Summary: Whoever owns and manages this property needs to make some changes.
