This totally renovated one bedroom oceanblock condo is located just steps to the beach and in the heart of Beach Haven. Walk to all conveniences. Condo has newer kitchen with GE Profile stainless steel appliances (full size refrigerator with ice maker) and granite countertops. Fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans. Sleep sofa will accommodate two children up to age 12. Bedroom features queen size bed with 14' pillow top mattress. A laundry room is on premises for use by tenants, featuring three free washers and dryers. Condo is personally cleaned by owner--- so no unpleasant surprises when you arrive. Bed is made and linens for sleeper sofa are in bedroom closet. Also, 4 bath towels, 2 kitchen towels are provided. Just bring your personal toiletries. Owner provides two beach badges. The beach that awaits you is a lifeguard protected beach (lifeguard is on beach late June thru early September---9:00 to 5:00) We will accommodate your request for shorter stays--3 or 4 nights, but most guests like to stay longer. Located in Beach Haven, this oceanblock one bedroom condo is part of a condominium complex known as 'The Beach Club at Pearl Street'. Our unit was totally renovated 8years ago and features new kitchen (with granit counter tops, GE profile appliances) pull-out sofa for 2 children up to 12 yrs. old and the bedroom features a new queen size be. All linens are supplied and there is a laundry room with 3 FREE washers and dryers. We supply FREE beach badges, off-street parking and only 140' to the beach.
We are 7 blocks south of Fantasy Island and only 2 blocks south of Bicentennial Park and the Surflight Theatre
The beach restoration was completed in 2016 and what a WONDERFUL job the Army Corps of Engineers did! Sit and watch the sun rise from the new pavilion Also. Now lots of beach to spread your beach chairs and blankets
